Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly book meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Each week, she posts an idea relating to books and encourages other book bloggers to respond with their own top ten lists.
This week’s topic is “top ten super long book titles.” There are a lot of long titles I can think of off of the top of my head, but I decided to limit it only to the ones I’ve actually read.
Fiction
Real Live Boyfriends: Yes. Boyfriends, Plural. If My Life Weren’t Complicated, I Wouldn’t Be Ruby Oliver by E. Lockhart
The Language of Thorns: Midnight Tales and Dangerous Magic by Leigh Bardugo
The Strange and Beautiful Sorrows of Ava Lavender by Leslye Walton
The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time by Mark Haddon
How Zoe Made Her Dreams (Mostly) Come True by Sarah Strohmeyer
Non-Fiction
American Kingpin: The Epic Hunt for the Criminal Mastermind Behind the Silk Road by Nick Bilton
Catch and Kill: Lies, Spies, and a Conspiracy to Protect Predators by Ronan Farrow
Bad Blood: Secrets and Lies in a Silicon Valley Startup by John Carreyrou
I’ll Be Gone in the Dark: One Woman’s Obsessive Search for the Golden State Killer by Michelle McNamara
Chasing Hillary: Ten Years, Two Presidential Campaigns, and One Intact Glass Ceiling by Amy Chozick
What are some of the longest book titles you’ve read?
Chasing Hillary sounds like a good read!

For my list today, I looked at all the books I’ve read this year to see how long their titles were. The longest ones I found were eight words long, but there were only two of them. Ha ha. I guess I prefer my titles to be short and sweet.
Happy TTT!

I had to go pretty far back in my “read” shelf on Goodreads to find some of these! Shorter titles are much easier to remember.

I thought the ones that I had chosen had long titles but some of these are insanely long! I love it😂
That E. Lockhart series has some wild title names – I was so tempted to use them all!

is it unrelated to the grishaverse then?
It’s set in the Grishaverse, but only one story has a character cameo so it also works as a standalone.
ohhh okay! that sounds interesting i will add it to my evergrowing tbr😂😭
Great list! I really want to read the book about The Golden State Killer. That’s been on my TBR for so long it’s ridiculous.
It was such a powerful read! Apparently it was also turned into a TV show, but I haven’t watched it yet.
