Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly book meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week, she posts an idea relating to books and encourages other book bloggers to respond with their own top ten lists.
This week’s topic is “top ten most anticipated new releases for the first half of 2016.” There are so many excellent-sounding titles that are soon-to-be-released, but here are (some of) the ones that I’m most excited for.
Honourable mentions:
– A Fierce and Subtle Poison by Samantha Mabry
– Save Me Kurt Cobain by Jenny Manzer
– This Savage Song by Victoria Schwab
– The Crown’s Game by Evelyn Sky
– Seven Black Diamonds by Melissa Marr
Which 2016 releases are you most excited about? Leave me a list or a link to your Top Ten Tuesday post in the comments below.
I’m so excited for The Raven King, This Savage Song, and Truthwitch!
Me too! I hope you enjoy them!
We have so many of the same books on our lists! I’m super pumped about AGOS too, but I only put This Savage Song on mine. My TTT
I almost forgot about This Savage Song when I was making my list (oops!), but after reading the synopsis again, I’m even more excited for it.
Quite a few of these were on my list too: The Raven King, Salt To The Sea, A Court of Mist And Fury and The Star Touched Queen were all on my list as well.

There’s quite a bit of overlap with our lists. I hope you get a chance to read all of those!
I hope so too!
I see a lot of overlap on our lists. I’m particularly itching to read The Raven King and The Rose and the Dagger. Can’t wait!
Excellent choices – I hope you enjoy them (when they’re finally published!)
I just heard about Wink Poppy Midnight, and it sounds great.
Check out my TTT and my current giveaway.
I’m quite excited for it! Thanks for the links!
IIRC you recently finished ADSOM, right? At least your wait for AGOS is shorter than mine was. Daaaaang I need to know what happens re: THE LONDON THAT NO ONE TALKS ABOUT.
Cheers,
Joey via. thoughts and afterthoughts.
Part of me is kicking myself for not reading ADSOM earlier, but I’m also pretty happy about the shortened wait period. I’M SO EXCITED FOR THAT LONDON TO BE EXPLORED.
I can’t wait for the ACTOAR sequel. I’ve only read the first Raven Cycle book, but I loved it and can’t wait to read the rest of the series.

I’m so glad you liked The Raven Boys! The rest of the series (so far) gets better and better with each book 🙂
