Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly book meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. Each week, she posts an idea relating to books and encourages other book bloggers to respond with their own top ten lists.
This week’s topic is “top ten 2014 debuts that I’m excited about.” Since I’m participating in the First Reads reading challenge, I’m particularly excited about reading debuts this year — after all, who doesn’t like to expand their reading horizons? Here are just ten of the debuts that I’m looking forward to reading this year.
Great list, I’ve got a few of these on my list too! Side Effects May Vary looks so good, I can’t wait for that one. There are so many great books coming out in 2014, I don’t know how I’ll find the time to read them all. I hope you manage to read all of these 🙂 My TTT.
I’ve seen so many glowing reviews for Side Effects May Vary, so I can’t wait for it! Thanks for the link – your list is wonderful! I hope you find time to read some (if not all) of the ones on it. : )
I’m very happy to see Cruel beauty on so many lists, since this is such an awesome book. The half life of Molly Pierce sounds intriguing and I can’t wait for Dear killers!
I’ve seen so many 4 and 5 star reviews for Cruel Beauty, so I’m really excited to read it! 😀
These books look really good…. I absolutely love their covers!! I’ll have to add some of them to my TBR list
Some of the covers are just gorgeous — I’ve wishlisted so many of them, since I want pretty copies to display on my bookshelf.
I love the cover of the Leslye Walton novel. Plus, I love an oddly spelled name. The other one, The Half Life of Molly Pierce looks awesome as well. What great covers you have going on here.
Me too – I always love seeing names that aren’t traditionally spelled, even though it doesn’t happen as often as I would like it to. I’m also a sucker for pretty books, even though I know I probably shouldn’t judge a book by its cover.
